OME HD kit is pretty darn good. I got front and rear track bars as well. Front really didn't need it, rear needed adjusted. Tera has a good rep to. I am sure you will be happy with either. I have nothing but praise for the OME HD kit on my 2 dr. Sits nice with Mopar offroad bumpers and winch.

I'm running the TF Coil and it rides well. I don't have an adjustable trackbar, just the bracket that comes with the kit. Zero issues, solid lift.

Default OME 2 dr Rubicon lift hd spings.

I went OME HD LT shocks, track front//rear, sway links, ext brake lines, bump stops, front lower control arms, rear spring retainers. Got 3.25 inches on the lift, both kits are great. Your question on the track bar, did my install without them to see if I really needed them, the front was out 3/8, rear 1/4, you'll need to extend your brake lines!

Thumbs up

OME HD Kit here w/ OME LTshocks & JKS adj Track bars..
I will add Rear Spring retainers, Currie rear sway bar links, ext brake lines, bump stops. For "off road" purposes.

In my experience with OME coils I've seen in long term use in other Jeeps, they seem to out last their competitors over time while giving a very nice ride. I bought my Jeep this time as the last new one for me hence OME HD.

If you feel with your own experience or what you've seen that TF works for you, then don't let anyone else make up your mind...

Just do a lot of research before you decide, that way you will hear all the negative stuff too from all lifts.. good luck.. either way.

I had an OME lift on my Liberty over the last 3 years and it rode great. No sagging and it rode better than stock for sure. I will go with the OME for the JK as well.

I still say the Tera for these reasons:

You have a Sahara so the shocks are pretty decent. You can just get shock extensions with the Tera kit and be set. Also with the OME to run anything larger than a 33" tire you will want to add on bumpstop spacers. No matter what tire size you run you will want to get rear sway bar end links and move the stock rears to the front.

Im rockin a teraflex 3" kit... with ome lt shocks. I think both are great companies, that make awesome stuff. You will be happy with either. (and probably wondering how the other that you don't buy would have turned out)

Im in the same boat... cant decide what to get.... Everyone has an opinion on why their set up is better... just grab some catalogs, do research online, and order something without ever looking back
