Default TF drag link flip kit issues

I am installing this kit on my jk that has the 4in flex arm lift kit.. I am having a few issues/ questions..

i drilled the hole for the 13/16 sleeve, inserted the sleeve, connected the drag link to the adjustable collar, and then put the drag link bolt through the knuckle.. now when i put the washer and nut and tighten it to 65ft lbs, there is no extra threads sticking outside of the bolt.. now I have seen photos of other people's after completion and there about .25in of thread sticking out past the nut.. I do not know why mine does not.. any clue? also the nut looks like a compression nut, the top side of the nut is oval.. should that be like that or is it defective?

what is the torque spec for the frame brace at both ends?

what should my toe be with my 33's and with this kit? i hear 1/8 in....?

Did you hammer the sleeve all the way in? I hammered mine in before trying to insert and tighten the end. I'm thinking you didn't get the sleeve far enough in. Could you take a closeup pic? I put both ends of my brace at 125ft lbs. Toe should be good at 1/8 in.

no it is all the way down.. when i hammered it down i made sure the top of the sleeve was flush with the top of the knuckle.. is that normal with the nut though? i was hoping it would pull the bolt through the knuckle when tightening the nut but it doesnt want to budge..

Please take some pics, I have about a 1/4in of bolt sticking below the nut on mine. Do you have at least a full nut?

Also, I tightened mine down more than 65 ft lbs. Its prolly closer to 100. I re-tightened it the next day and then the day after.

its to the tip of the nut and it is on there pretty tight, past 65ft lbs... ill take pics in the am.. but me and a buddy just could not figure out why it would not go down further into the knuckle.. like i said it is drilled with the proper bit..

Are you sure you drilled it straight? That be what's preventing the bolt from going all the way down. I would remove one end of your tie rod then see if you suck it down. Picks will help alot
