TF front trackbar clearance issues
I've had the Teraflex HD front trackbar on for about 3 months. The other day I happened to notice that the track bar had contact with the steering box /pitman arm shank.
TF's website says the HD trackbar works "best" with 4" or more lift, so I called TF to confirm compatibility with my 3" lift. TF informed me they have installed this trackbar on the 3" lift with no problems.
I don't see how this is possible.
The clearance issue is not in the lift. It's in the bumpstops.
The more up-travel, the more contact. (especially right wheel up, left wheel down)
I have TF's 3" bumpstops installed, and still had contact.
After notching the trackbar 1/8" and still getting contact, I gave up and ordered the JKS.
Has anyone else seen this problem?

If you get a chance please call me. The 3" kits come with upper bumpstops vs. the 4" kits come with upper and lower bumpstops.

To close this thread:
I talked with Joe @ TF and he confirmed the only resolve to this issue is "more bumpstop", and there may be another trackbar design soon that works for lifts as low as 2 1/2".
Thanks for the immediate response Joe!
