Default TF Leveling kit.

OK. Finally got the new OR- Fab bumper on. Next was the winch. I didn't take any measurements before I put the bumper so I don't know how much the front end dropped. However, I did measure before I installed the 10K ENGO. The front bumper went down a solid 1/2". So next is the TF leveling kit that is sitting in my garage. My question is...Is it necessary to install the rear pucks if the JK is sitting level with just the front pucks?? Will I be messing anything up by not installing the rears? Thanks.

You'll be better of NOT installing, if possible. If not to late, I'd return the leveling KIT, and get a pair of adjustable coil-over spacers- last spacer that ever needs to be purchased.

I would sell the TF level kit (post here, craigslist, or local club) and just buy some coil spacers for the front. With the left over money you can get whatever. You can get Daystar spacers for less than $40

I just went through the same thing you are after installing my bumper and winch. I ended up adding eibach leveling springs to my front end to bring it back to stock height. That's the most efficient way to bring the height back up and keep the stock handling characteristics. The springs were less than $115 on Quadratec. I had them installed then had an alignment done to keep everything good to go. I looked at all the leveling kits, but those are primarily for stock JKs that want to even out the rake of the Jeep. Hope this helps some! PM me if you have any questions I can help out with!

To answer your question...No, you will not mess anything up by not installing the rear if you do not want to.

In my opinion; I would work with what you already have. By the time you factor shipping and the hassle of changing parts you will not be saving much if anything. Whether is is an adjustable spacer or a fixed one... it's just a spacer. They are easy to put in and just as easy to take out. TeraFlex makes 1/2", 1" and 2.5" spacers. which can be stacked to get the exact height you are looking for. (I wouldn't go over 2.5" total) The leveling kit comes with 2, 1" spacers for the front and 1, 1" spacer for the rear. I plan to use a 1"+1/2" spacer for the front as I want to keep a little rake.

Hope this helps...

Yep.

Why would he sell his teraflex spacers to buy daystar spacers? don't make sense. I am running the teraflex leveling kit and it is fine! rides great, and a nice lift without obnoxiousness

I've got the leveling kit on mine (although I'll be swapping it out this summer) because I added a Warn front bumper and winch.

You can just put the front spacers in without an issue.

But, if you're not going to install the rear (and have the option), I'd return the TF leveling kit. Then just buy a 1" spacer. You can pick them up for $50 (or less on eBay). What I should have done.

Spacers are great, but they are a temporary fix. The front coils are still compressed from the additional weight of the bumper/winch after adding spacers. This will eventually lead to premature wear on other parts and your ride quality still won't be as good as stock (if that's your goal).
Just my .02, if it's a budget thing, I understand spacers. I'm a fan of doing things once; that being said if your end state is a lift, just wait, save and add the lift later.
