Default Are There Any Wheels That Aren't Made In China? AEV ATX MB72

I have been trying to decide on a set of wheels for the Jeep. I narrowed it down to MB72, AEV Savegre and ATX Mojave. The AEV were at the top of the list until I found out they were made in China. Even their website states they are made in China and not proud of it. If they are not proud of it why should I but it? The AEV are also at the top of the price point. The ATX are nice looking but I am worried about the teflon finish. I dont do hard wheeling...EVER just beach driving and light trail riding. The third option is the cheapest and are also made in China are the MB72's. They look like the ATX and have a great look. I dont mind spending the money on a quality item I just dont want to be sorry I bought some chinese crap a year down the line. I am a buy it right the first time kinda guy.

Direct quote from AEV ''Made In: China. And for the record, we’re not happy about it.''

American Eagle are made in the US.

Edit - > The Black Rock series 908 are US made and look similar to the MB72

Default US made wheels

Good luck. I was really disapointed when I found out the raw castings for Walker Evans were also made in China

Since everything was made in China I ordered the Method Double Standard...I like the design and not as played out as some. We shall see.

Nice wheels. I wish the outer ring was replaceable though.

My Incubus 511's are manufactured by Prestige Autotech which is located in Chino, California. I bet the castings (like most other alloys) are done in China. Very happy with them though. The finish has held up well and you dont see them on every other JK.

If you want a very nice product and have something unique check out colorado customs. They are made in my hometown fort collins colorado.

Quite a few steel wheels are made in the US, can't think of any alloys though.

Colorado customs are alloys. They are pricey though. Average is 700 each. But they are sweet, made to order, and best of all...made in the USA

The wheel industry has moved almost exclusively to China. They are easy castings to produce. "Buying American" is swell and all, but if you are ever having a hard time finding an American made product, its because of US labor costs (you can partially thank unions) and increasing global competition. Rest assured though that if it's a complicated product, it's probably made here, western Europe, or Japan, and priced accordingly. But again, wheels are easy so don't sweat the foreign castings too much.
