is there a Superwinch rep here?

I have called three times and left two messages trying to get an issue resolved.

Their customer service sucks some serious pole.

Guess I should have bought a Warn.

Please help.....

They have answered and been helpful when I have called them. I would start with the technical department

call tech or warranty, other than that there isn't a rep on the forum for them. Maybe try going through who you bought the winch from?

Bob, I'd call somebody like Quadratec and see if they can help out getting in contact with them (even if you didn't buy from them)
