Like most of us, when my JK first deposited a large puddle of rain water in my lap, I wasn't terribly impressed. Heading into important meetings looking like I was suffering from severe incontinence was not something I particularly looked forward to but the solution has until now (hopefully) eluded me.

A couple of weeks ago I came across these:



I wasn't looking for them, I was after something completely different, but as soon as I saw them I picked up the phone and rang Bill. They look like plastic in the pics but apparently they're made from aluminium and Bill assured me they would solved the soiled trouser problem. So I ordered them and will pick them up from the PO tomorrow and install them Saturday. Quite timely, really, as after a pleasant spell of sunshine it's now hissing down with rain again.

Soooooo... will these be the answer to something that has plagued me for over 4 years? Watch this space!!

Nice find! Where does one order their products from? Their listed distributors don't carry much of their stuff, especially these drip solvers.

Sounds like a plan. Be careful, though. He doesn't seem to produce these in large numbers and had only a few pairs of the dark aluminium left when I ordered.

The OP called Bill to get them.
I just talked to Bill. He will send me the price of the drip rail extensions.
He also said they have to be ordered directly from him. Apparently he has not sent any to distributors yet.

 

Yep, that's what I was told, too.

 

But according to his facebook page he offers them since january '13.

 

Yep, strange but he just doesn't seem to have marketed them at all. If he had we'd have seen them on here long before now as this has been an issue we've all bemoaned for years. Strange to not even have a shopping cart on his site or a PayPal page. Hopefully they're his "best kept secret"!
