Does it fit a stock Jeep? Is it just a thicker bar/links?

The bar is relocated, and the links are adjustable. Search for it. Currie Enterprises.

Don't know if it fits a stock Jeep. Call them. They should be able to answer questions you have.

The antirock is a lower rate sway bar, it will increase body roll on the road compared to the stock unit. The whole point of the antirock is maximum stability offroad while still being safe on the road. I'm very happy with my antirock as it suits my app.

The op is asking about a heavier duty sway bar for increased street performance. These work well and give you a tighter feel. I replaced the rear sway bar on my brothers grand cherokee and it made a huge difference. The only one I know of for the jk's is made by full traction. It wouldn't hurt to call summit racing and ask they would probably be the ones to know.

No, it improves your ride off road. It can give you a bit more wobble on the road. I don't know of a sway bar that'll stiffen your pavement handling. Maybe look more at some stiffer springs or shocks.
