Default loud

Mine got very loud at about 10,000 miles. I like the MTR/K a lot better.

I don't mind road noise. It's loud already, especially with the top and doors off.

I had 285/70/17 Bighorns and loved them. For the money there are hard to beat. They were on my daily driver never had a problem, I'm in Florida too and they are great in our mud. If I had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate to buy maxxis. I say go for it.

I also have the maxxis bighorn in 315/75R16. Really like them and work great off-road, down to 16-18 psi. But I have to agree that they are kind of noisy, at 28-30 on road.

I also have to say I bought them used, 4 tires for 600$, great deal. They were almost new, and already wear off a little bit, but since I got them, they wear equal.

Go for it!!
