Does anyone have any experience or opinions with the Quadratech winches ??

The comparison is better to most winches and the price is right so what do you think?

I have no first hand experience but the specs looks good. I'm sure they're not made in the USA though...lots of popular winches aren't. I couldn't get past the looks...just don't look good to my eyes.

I just received the Q9000. If you look they have blemished models Quadratec Exclusive Q9000S-1 - Quadratec Q9000 Self Recovery Winch (Blemished) - Quadratec for $30 cheaper. That is what I bought. I figured a little mark now or later what is the difference. Great deal. Plus being a member here (jk-forum) they work with you on shipping. Give them a call when you are ready to order.

I will be installing mine hopefully this weekend when my new bumper arrives.

Subscribing... as I'm interested in the Quadratech winches too. I was thinking to repaint one to black especially if I mount one above a bumper... still out on what I want to do (stock bumper and winch, or a winch bumper etc.)

With the exception of the selenoid box, those winches look just like my Mile Marker VSX9.5.

Just installed last week. Haven't had a chance to use it yet.

They're actually making these winches in black finally. The silver looked horrible IMO. But like someone said, if it works, who cares. I'm planning on getting one when I get back to the states. The specs look great.

I've got one of the blemished ones mounted, I put bigger scratches on it while mounting then it came with ... Great deal!
