Default Thoughts on rock rails - mount options

Hello All,

Got a new 2011 JK 2 door and am looking to put rails on it. My 2007 has Shrockworks, but I am wanting something different this time - different purpose for this Wrangler. Not looking for frame mount this time. I'm wanting them to stick out a little for the wife to use as a step.

What are the thoughts on the rails that attach where the body mounts are?

Also, I am not really wanting to drill the body.

This is harder choice that anything else!

Pictures welcome.

Thanks,

Dale

ACE Engineering rock rails. Good price. Fast delivery. Less than an hour to install. Body mount. Great step for my wife.

Do those attach to where the body mounts are or do they attached to the body?

Thanks,

Dale

Said body meant frame. They bolt in where the body mounts to the frame. No drilling, just a little grinding on the washers. Really easy.

I love my ACE sliders, and they work as a step too. Mounted really well and are very sturdy.
