Just wanted to let you guys know that although you may have read that others have had some issues with their sprintex blowers I have had nothing but responsive and helpful support from them when I have had questions or issues. This includes regular assistance and advice via email on weekends which I think is out of the ordinary. Jay - Thanks!

The product is a quality product and my experience of their support has been awesome. I am a very long way from Australia or the U.S and have probably the only Sprintex equipped JK in the country. I have no axe to grind other than to see lots more Sprintex equipped JK's out there.
