Default Throttle sensitivity with regear

Hello, after regearing my manual 2008 Wrangler X to 4.56 gears and adding 33" tires I noticed my throttle sensitivity has decreased, it does not seem sluggish or anything, but I I notice at 70mph I have to press the pedal further than I used too to maintain that speed. I figured it's because stock at a lower rpm I was going faster so I wouldn't have to push the pedal as far to maintain 70mph. So I was wondering how to fix this? Superchip flashcal f5 has the ability to reprogram to a new gear set, but does that just change the speedometer, or will it fix my throttle problem as well?

I may be in the minority here, but I still (after 10 years and 220k miles) think that the Superchips red tuner for the early jeeps takes the lag/ delay out of the electronic pedal. Maybe it wasn't as pronounced in the past? I have the Jscan as well and that will adjust your gears but it doesn't do anything for taking the delay from the pedal.

Just do the throttle relearn procedure and see if that helps it. 1) Insert ignition key and turn to "ON" (not start).
2) Wait for all idiot lights to go out. Check Engine Light may remain on.
3) Slowly depress the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor.
4) Slowly release the accelerator pedal until it's all the way back up.
5) Turn the ignition key to "OFF".
6) Start the engine.
