Default Tie rod- need steering alignment pros

I finished up with my ball joint, gusset, and tie rod project (finally) and just need to adjust my steering but am having a brain fart and can't piece together why something is happening....

I of course removed both knuckles for the ball joint part but never removed the drag link from the knuckle nor did I remove anything related to the pitman.

With everything back together now and my steering wheel straight (according to my ProCal), I can't turn my steering wheel 1 full turn to the left before it stops however I can turn it almost 3 times to the right.

Now since I didn't remove my pitman or draglink, I thought my only adjustment would be on the tie rod for Toe.

Who can tell me why my steering is jacked up and what to adjust? It's not making sense to me that my wheels are straight and steering wheel centered and don't have full range in both directions equally.

It sounds like something binding but I can't think where , you are going to need another set of hands someone to turn the wheel and you watch what's going on

Thought that also but don't see anything binding.

Is the pitman arm centered when the steering wheel is centered? Was the steering wheel turned one rotation when the steering was disconnected? Is the steering stabilizer set up correctly? Just brainstorming.

Sounds like the arm wasn't clocked correctly...

And that's what I can't wrap my head around... I didn't disconnect the drag link from the knuckle or the pitman so not sure how the heck the pitman could have become knocked off center but looking at, it appears off. Is it possible for it to turn if not disconnected?

Seems like it but again, how could it have been knocked out of center if not disconnected?

Tie rod, and knuckles were disconnected but not drag link or pitman... Confused....

So is it possible for the pitman to move if the drag link wasn't disconnected? Looking at the pitman and it's definitely not centered... Strange, the wheel is centered and the wheels are centered... Just wondering how it's possible for that to happen...
