Default Time and Tools?

I ordered a Teraflex leveling kit to put on my 2013 2D. It's the 2" front 1" rear for $130.00. Do I need any special tools? I do have some mechanical ability, but have never messed with suspension stuff. I have a floor jack and basic sockets and wrenches. Will I need any large sockets or wrenches that are not included in your standard sets? Average time it should take for one person?

Thanks!

I would recommend having a set of sturdy jack stands. I set the frame on jack stands so i could raise and lower the axles with the floor jack. I like the 6 ton stands, they are a bit taller then 3 ton.

Here's a link to the instructions, it'll tell you all the sizes of sockets and wrenches you need, just basic handtools.

enjoy yourself and BE SAFE !!! ck and double check your stands and dont get under anything unless you are 100 percent sure it would take an 8.9 on the richter to move it . and always leave yourself an out clear of obstructions .

Standard practice is to loosen the control arm bolts before the install. Be careful of the strain on the brake lines, e-brake and speed sensor wires. After the lift is installed lower the vehicle and on flat ground with the weight of the vehicle on the wheels torque the control arms to spec. Check the torque all around after a couple hundred miles.
