Default Tire Advice/ opinions needed

Here is the back story:

I purchased some Trxus MT's from a fellow jeeper. 2 were bald, 2 were ok and the spare was good. I replaced the blad ones with 2 new ones and ran with it for a couple of months. This week I looked at the OK ones and they are getting on the low side so I decided to look into getting 2 more to complete the set and found out that the Trxus MT's are backordered for at least 6 months due to a manufacturing plant going out of business. Swamper (Interco) will make them again but say it will be 3-4 months before they can start production again.

Here are the questions:

Should I just get 2 other 35-12.50r16 's from another brand?

Drive on the bald tires for the 3-4 months?

Say screw it and go 37's? Though this is my daily driver with a 24 mile commute each way daily and I only have 4.10 gears. If I pay for 37's I cannot afford 5.13's, right now at least.

go 37s, put up with the 4.10s until you can regear. just remember, youll want to get c-gussets if you dont have them already before getting the 37s.

I have made probably 50 phone calls trying to locate them in 35-12.50r16 and I think the only 2 left in the country are at a wholesaler called friend tire in MO. They will not sell to 4-wheel parts or discount tire (Even though they are a vendor to Discount tire).

Find some mom and pop shop that will order them and probably pay through the nose for 2 tires?

my wife drives about the same miles on 37's daily, she loves how the jeep handles and drives. You cant even tell it has 37's

Its a major improvement over our stock XJ on comfort..

We do have 5.13 gears
