Default Tire balance suggestions and pulling correction

Hey all,
I need some suggestions on how best to correct 2 issues.
1. I just mounted 40inch Nitto Trail Grapplers and I get a little wobble at 45-60mph. I haven't balanced them but they have 10oz each of Dynabeads.
2. I'm getting a pull to the left when I didn't have it before. At least I didn't notice before with the 35s.

My current setup:
2012 Rubicon
4inch FullTraction lift
EVO drag link flip kit
5:13 gears
Auto tranny

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thx

Might want to get an alignment done. 10oz of beads sounds light for heavy 40s. Lastly, tires that size will magnify wearing parts. Not sure what you have for axles, but it could be anything from ball joints to worn CA bushings.
