Default tire carrier help!

i'm in need of a tire carrier for my 2010 rubicon. i carry a 35x12.5x18 tires. I'm looking at a tire carrier that opens with the tail gate. i read some threads about the aev rear bumper, but was not liking that the wheel was off centered. also, i was looking at the expedition one but did not have the budget. and then i find this new product-OLYMPIC 4X4 ROCK REAR BUMPER WITH TUFF N EZ TIRE CARRIER. looks good and right on my budget ($584). didn't really see much reviews about it. has anyone tried this bumper/tire carrier combo? i would really appreciate the feedbacks. tnx

I just got my LoD linked rear tire carrier installed (me and my bro-in-law did it) it opens with the door and looks awesome but it is more then double the one you are looking at but quality wise it is top notch.

I'm patiently waiting for my LoD full width, I just ordered it today... but yea, kinda more than double what the OP wants to spend...

How long did it take to get yours?

1 1/2 months!? Who did you order it from? I was told 4 weeks the most and I sure hope its only 4 weeks cause I won't be able to handle waiting any longer.... I get like a child when I have to wait for things for my rig, haha

If you want to get components, then TeraFlex is coming out with a tire carrier with no bumper in the very near future, probably announce around EJS.

I like the idea of linking it with my tailgate, but in the end went with one that latches to the bumper as I think that design is more durable for offroad use, which admittedly I do a lot of.

I am not a big fan of Olympic fwiw.

I ordered it from Northridge and they had it built and shipped from LoD. Last I heard they were swamped at LoD but maybe that has changed but I just got mine last week. Mine took a few days longer cause I got the zinc coating.

Who did you order it from?
