Default tire combo?

I know this has been done to death, but i am posting this anyway before i hit the complete order button.

procomp series 97 15x8 3.75 BS 5on5 wheels
trxus m/t 35x12.50

I have an 08 unlimited rubicon with 3" black diamond. Already have 1.5" spacers so 15" wheel clearance at brake calipers should not be an issue, right?

i figure if they stick too far out then i can remove the spacers. if the brakes dont clear then i wil have to grind them. if they will fit then i just got lucky.

Same rims, no spacers, no grind.

I see a lot of threads of people asking about tire/wheel combos. Maybe (if there isn't already) we need a thread or sticky that lists proven tire/wheel combos. By proven I mean these combos fit with no rubbing issues anywhere. I notice in most places that dealers say once tires are mounted to wheels, the wheels can't be returned. That would suck. I realize size of lift and maybe even brand would have to be posted also. It's just an idea but I think it would help a lot of folks that are planning to purchase these but are concerned about the rubbing issues.
Everything would be in one place. Searching would work but might take night and day sorting through everything.
What do you think? Good idea or bad?

Great idea Bodo. I dont know how many hrs I spent in the past week and half looking at pictures and reading specs of jeeps on here to figure out which wheels will fit. Or will they rub, do I need a lift. If we had a sticky it would of saved me alot of time.

Here's a couple of links to an older thread...It has various types of 15" wheels that other forum members are running. Some of them fit perfectly & some had to grind the calipers....

Thanks, but that's not what I was getting at. I meant one consolidated place for all sizes of wheel/tire combos, including lifts if necessary. Only combos that work. Not "mights", "mayby's", "shoulds",etc.
It was just an idea and might be too much trouble, just thought I'd throw it out there.

OK, this one is quickly being buried but I just wanted to bump it to the top again. I will be looking into tires and wheels soon to compliment my 4" lift. I don't won't to be stuck with something that will be rubbing. I think a simple sticky that lists the tire/wheel combos that "WORK" would be nice. Absolutely:no Maybes, Should s Mights or anythings. Those that work only.
That would be helpful to so many people looking to purchase the combos. As I said before, a lot of mfg.'s will not take wheels back after tires are mounted.
Come on, at least give us a opinion from the moderators. WOL, your ideas would be appreciated also. Searches can take forever so a consolidated thread would be awesome.
