As WOL indicated, that is a bunch of lift for 35's. You should make the 35 vs 37 decision before looking too hard at tires, as there are different choices.

If you choose a shorter lift and 35's, you should check out the Maxxis Bighorn. Great reviews, handles well on street/trail/snow, decent on ice for an aggressive tire (siped and stud-able), and in the 315/75/16 size, they were $100 less per tire than either the KM2 or MTR/K. (170ish for the bighorn, 270ish for the others...)
