Default Tire help

Okay, so I have been looking for insight on this all day but I haven't found a certain answer. I have 35x12.5r15 mtr/k's and the front tires are wearing extremely fast compared to the rear. I just had them rotated 500miles ago after having them for about 4500miles or so(was a little behind on rotating). My tire pressure is at 28. It hasn't been aligned since my trackbar was installed as I'm waiting for my front lower control arms to arrive. Any information on what is causing this wear? And I just got my spare today would it be safe to put it into rotation even with 5k+ miles on my tires already?
