Default Tire Load Range/ride ?

I think i am going to go with the Goodyear Wrangler silent armor tire in a LT275/70 R18 size which is 33.2" It has a load range of E. Is this going to be too stiff of a tire so as to decrease ride quality? Also will add 2.5 teraflex BB

GoodYear makes a PMetric in the same size which rated for ~2600lbs vs the E-range of 3600lbs. The E-range will be really stiff over the bumps and likely cause issues at higher speeds on the concrete.

I'm currently running an E range Bridgestone and the ride is very stiff. It also tends to follow ruts without the weight to make them give a little.
