I usually ride with 35psi with 37" km2's. If I lower how do I turn off that stupid tire sensor?

Yes, the KM2's are D rated and you should not be running more than 28 psi

Check out the AEV ProCal. You can adjust the TPMS all the way down to 0.

You will wear the tire out sooner because you're riding on the center of the tread. Just like they would wear out sooner if you ran with too little pressure and were riding on the outside edges of the tire. With the proper pressure you wear across the whole face of the tread and get longer life. That is why people will always mention to do the chalk test; you want even wear.
