The chalk test only determines the best air pressure for tread contact,which is highly dependent on rim width and tire construction. It does not account enough for load rating. At highway speeds the sidewalls become increasingly important.

You are usually safe for most tires at highway speeds at 28-30 psi.

Those ATZs are rated at 3000 lbs at 50 psi.
