Default Tire question

I found a decent deal on Good year mud terrain tires 33x12.5xr16, can anyone tell me if there would me any issues putting these on my stock 2010 JK X. I know I'll have to buy new wheels, but anything other than that?

Not if you buy wheels with 4-4.5" of back space.
