What would be a list of the best tires in a 35 x 12.50 mainly for that will see a lot of street and highway usage?

I have run 5-6 sets on my trucks. Put them on my jeep. Was a little disappointed they rode hard. Work with pressure thinking it would be different on a jeep vs truck. Down to 32 lbs. Love them now. Operator error!!!

I see you are in Ohio. I don't know if they are available in the size you are looking for, but the Goodyear Duratracs are excellent on the street, in the rain and in the snow. They are not too noisy in the smaller sizes. I've put almost 30,000 on mine and they seem to be wearing great.

I'd say go with Toyo.

I would suggest the Fierce Attitudes, they are very quiet on the road for such an aggressive thread. The Duratracs are also very popular.

I plan in picking up a set of wildpeak MTs as my next tires.
