Keep it low, I roll them onto my steel toe boot and lift as needed.

True, but i didn't always. the foot thing does work.

I read it some where and it works if not to high off ground. just roll tire on shovel and use handle for picking and moving tire around. really works good, now putting number 5 back on rear carrier is a hole different problem.

Did my rear brakes today and decided to try the crowbar lift method and I have to say it worked like a champ and saved my back.
