Tire Selection with AEV Pintlers and 2.5 inch AEV Lift

Tire Selection with AEV Pintlers and 2.5 inch AEV Lift
Looking for opinions... nervous about rubbing. 80% on road, probably 20% off.
I'm thinking of going with 3 different tires:
BFG KM2
Goodyear Duratrac
Goodyear MTR with Kevlar
Going with 35x12.5x17 or with 315/70r17 and I'm not sure which is "safer" and which one will "look" better with a 2.5 inch lift on my 2012 JKU. I've already bought my pintlers but I just need to figure out the tire situation.
Any advice is appreciated.
