go to Kumho's web site and find out what width rim they recommend. the Stock rims are only 7.5. I'm guessing the kumho's need at least an 8.

Tires that are 12.5 wide usually recommend 8 inch wide rim. That being said, there are a lot of people on here that have used stock rims and put 33 and 35x12.5 on them. The only problem might be finding a place that will do it for you without any fuss. Yes you will need a set of 1.5 spacers to fit the 12.5 wide tire.

alittle narrower but check out 275/70/18's. Mickey Thompson ATZ, Cooper STT and ST, and someone else that I can't remember, are all available in this size

I have 265/70/18 GoodYear Wrangler Silent Armor's on my Sahara. According to the specs they are 32.6" tall and 10.7" wide and you can mount them on 7" to 9" rims.
They are great snow and ice tires, only ok in the mud.

The tires will fit the rims. You would need to get a little lift or spacers to keep them from rubbing on full turn or flex.
