Default Tire and wheel fitment question

I'm hopefully 2 weeks from my rubi finally being delivered and I'm hopining someone here can provide me with an answer to this question. I'm looking at putting a 285/75/R16 tire on an Eagle Alloy rim with 4" backspacing. Does anyone have this dimension of tire and wheel? And if so how much does the tire stick out past the fenders? Pics would be a great help also. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I don't have this setup on my JK nor do I have any photos but based on what I have seen, I can tell you that your tires will stick out about 2"-2.5" past the flares.

I'm sure someone's got a setup like this. 285/75R16 4" backspacing?
