Default is tire width as much of concern for rubbing as height?

I'm doing aftermarket 18's and I want to run a 33x12.5 tire. Just a leveling lift and I know the 33 will be tight, but just street use and sand. Is the added 1" width a concern? It's a 18x9 wheel, can't get the other specs b/c discounttiredirect website is down.

I think you're going to have a problem with the backspacing, IMO you need at least 4.75.

Thank you I will look at other wheel options, see if I can find that backspacing...I dont mind if they stick out, actually I like that look.

that does thanks, looks like I will have to do a 17" wheel to get that back spacing but still do a 33x12.5x17 probably a Dick Cepek or Cooper. Can't wait!
