What size 33.

I wouldn't recommed a 33/12.50 but their are other sizes to choose from.

Which stock rim do you have? 7 inch wide?

Yes, it will.

But, it might be a metric size for example, and not SAY 33" diameter.

That's as far as the rim question goes.

As to clearance on the JEEP, well, then people want to know the WIDTH of the tire, in addition to its diameter.

A common 33" diameter tire for the 16" rim is the 305/70/16....depending upon the brand (33" is a nominal size...some "33's" are 32" in diameter, and some are 33.5", etc.....generally, in the industry, tires are within 1/2" of nominal, most of the time.

A 305/70/16 BFG AT ko for example is a 33" diameter tire, with a 12.2" section width....if you just do the math, a 305/70/16 should be 32.8" in diameter with a 12.0" section width.

In a 15" rim size, the above would be like a 33x12.5/15....except a tad taller, and a tad wide treaded than the 15" version, and a tad narrower section width, on the AT ko's to use the same example.

Hope that helps a bit.
