MT tires with good street manners are Nitto Trail Grapplers and Mickey Thompson MTZs. I have both and have served me well.

Nitto Trail Grapplers FTW. I run Mud Grapplers and I am on my 3rd set so I am bias in opinion but Trail Grapplers will work well on and off road.

BFG ATKo and Goodyear Duratracs both look pretty aggressive and should last longer than an MT if properly rotated and inflated. I love my Nitto Trail Grapplers too.

315/70R17 Duratracs. A little stiff but I just lowered my Rancho RS9000XL adjustable shocks setting from 5 to 3 and it's all good.

Yeh, probably. I posted from memory and suffer from CRS. The OP should look at some tire Web sites. There are several good AT tires out there.

HA! CRS runs in my family, I have a bad case and it's getting worse with age...
