Cooper STT, I have them in 35's and there awesome off road and on. All my buddies tell me they are super quiet compared to there M/T's and they have a very similar tread to the Toyo M/T but are 130$ less a tire!!

There is no better tire than the Goodyear MTR Kevlar. Best On Road MT I have ever had and I haven't seen a bad review. Best performing off road tire I have had...can't be beaten...

JP magazine just did a nice write-up on about 30 different tires. Another person to contact about tires and won't bullshit you is DiscountTire who is on the Forum here.

Only advice I'll give you is since you are concerned with snow and rain make sure the siping on the tire is adequate. I am still running stock KM1s with no siping and they suck in the snow and rain.
