Yes, you can use your TJ shocks in Jeep JK. Because the mounting type of both models is almost the same, So you can easily fit in JK. Many shocks production company, can make universal design, so you can use it in many models.
The bottom mounts are different. The TJ has a bar pin that is bolted down similar to the rear upper mount. You could push the bar pin out but I don't recall the hole being large enough for the bolt of the JK so you'd be looking at reaming the bushing. If you've got more misinformation, please leave it elsewhere.
They should be valved different as well. The TJ is quite a bit lighter than the JK. I wold think you would see more body roll from using TJ shocks on a JK.
