Default Today is the day I order

After many threats of ordering wheels and tires and a lfit, today is the day I will actually do it. 2011 Ruicon JKU 4.10 gears

You guys can help me choose:

First Lift, Both TeraFlex:

2.5 with shock adapters

or ($100 difference)

2.5 Coil Lift w/ Shock adapters.

Tires:

Good Year Duratrac
LT305/70R16 which I understand to be 33'' and fairly wide

Or

LT315/75R16 which I understand to be like 34.5''

Mounted on Level 8 Tracker black wheels. They weigh 24lbs or so, less than my stockers.

The choice between 35's and 33's is a tough one. This is all for appearance as my offroading consists of dirt roads and fields, no rocks or anything that really requires height or articulation.

I want to minimalize the add ons that I will have to do and re gearing is a no go. I only drive about 20 miles a day on city streets and every couple weeks I will drive about 90 miles going back home.

I dont see that the difference in these two tires will be a lot as far as power or mpg's is concerned.

Attached are 2 pics of my exact jeep with the 33's I think they look good but everyone says go 35 or youll regret it.

I would go with the 2.5" coil kit with adapters for a little more height over the BB kit.

Right, and isnt that easier to install? Plus I can sell my rubi shocks and make up the difference.

I went with 33s (more accurate to say I wound up with 33s since the mounted measurement is different than published). I should have gone to the 35s. Can't speak to the lift because I did an OME 2.5" heavy duty and love it. The real answer is go with your gut and try to do it right the first time!

It's about the same amount of work really. Here's a install video for you.

Don't forget to add drag link flip kit and driveshaft and all the other things needed for a 4 inch!!!
I'd stick to the TeraFlex kits until you are ready then you can add as you go

I was on the fence about 33's or 35's when i first bought mine. I ended up going with 33's and a 2.5" coil lift. After a while I just couldn’t get it out of my mind if i made the right choice. I ended up buying 35's and I'm trying to sell the 33's on craigs list. The 35's look much better. If you are on the fence now, you will always wonder and it will just eat at you.
