Default Which tools do I need?

So I'm trying to get all my duckies in a row before I do this but here's my plan, eventually trade my two door for a JKU. That being said I'm going to install a teraflex budget boost SPACER KIT ONLY, I don't and will not be doing any crazy off roading/rock crawling, just driving on the beach.

Now that you know my plans for the jeep, what tools will I need to complete this install myself, I have various wrenches, sockets, ratchets and I have a small drill and drill bits for the track bar relocation bracket.

Will these basic tools do me justice installing this budget boost spacer kit on my own? Do I need impact drill/drivers? Do I really need a torque wrench? I know I need a 3 ton jack and jack stands? But other than the impact and torque wrench that's missing from the equation can I do this?

My last question is will I need exhaust spacers is that really necessary considering my lift being so minimal?

Thanks for all the help. Cheers

19 mm deep socket, 2-18mm, 21mm, and mb a 10mm wrench should do it. Oh and of course a jack and jack stands.

To add on to what Dirtman said, I recommend a torque wrench. I use mine all the time... I got a simple one from Home Depot (Huskey) about 10 years ago and it has served me well. It may have cost $100 back then and now they're $85. I have read some guys get a 1/2" cheap one from Harbor Freight for less than $30.

Get one... you won't regret it...

Thanks for catching that, forgot about the tw. You can find all the torque specs on project jk as well.

If you don't have an impact driver a steel pipe will be your best friend

IIRC, you might need a drill for the track bar bracket.

A torque wrench is good, but I would suggest spending a bit more on one for continuous accuracy. $85-125 should be fair for most users, but I tested my harbor freight one after twenty or so uses and it was about ten lbs out of calibration, no clue what it was at prior to use.

After you mentioned 21mm, you wrote "MB". What does that stand for? Also do I need exhaust spacers because it's going to be a 12+ model?

With 2.5" BB, it says they aren't required. However, I did manage to get the exhaust and driveshaft to touch at some, but it isn't a cronic problem. I have the spacer, just never got around to installing it. Plus i'm not sure if it will cause an interference with the way my exhaust is routed in the back.
