torque specs for control arms

torque specs for control arms
I have BDS front lower and rear upper arms and can't find install sheet and need to check/re-torque all bolts . Anyone know what their supposed too be torqued to?
Also front n rear adjustable track bar bolts.

I know the front lowers are definitely 125, but I'll have to check on the rear uppers.
EDIT: The rear uppers are 125 as well, trackbar bolts are all 125
