Default Towing Questions...

Does anyone know if there is a solution for the spare tire being in the way when putting a trailer on the hitch? I mean other than taking it off every time I tow. Is there any companies that make an extended reciever? If so, would it reduce towing capacity? Thanks

Not sure if I follow...I tow all the time and the tire doesn't get in the way. The tongue of the boat trailer is plenty long enough to fit in the space under the spare.

He is in the process of re-doing the website. the part number is 44557 and its the same part number under several different brands Reese, Hidden Hitch, etc... Anyway, call 214-243-4209 between 8-5 Central time and tell him you talked to Eric on this forum and he'll take care of you with any towing products you need.
