I can't answer for the set up that you're asking, but I'm running 30psi in my 35x12.50x18 Nitto's on my PSC Spyder locks which I was also running 30psi with my previous wheels, if that helps.

I would put a wide chalk line on your tire (Use lots of chalk) and dive slowliy to get a couple of revolutions and adjust untile you see the chalk wearing off evenly.

I never did that with mine although I planned to. I had ran 25 psi in the 38's Toyo's on my CJ, so since my 4 door JK is heavier, I just upped the psi some.
