Default Toyo MT vs Pro Comp Xterrain

I want this out of tire, please take it into consideration when you vote!
=Daily Driver to school and work (lots of road driving)
=Keeps its tread life nicely
=Looks Aggressive
=Performs well on anything when it does go off road, or up to the mountain(Ice, snow, rain, mud, rocks, sand, etc)

Also...
Suggestions on where I can find these tires cheaper?

Without a doubt, the Toyo's rock but having run the Pro Comp Xtreme M/T's, I can tell you that they pretty much are a carbon copy of the Toyo's and don't think you could go wrong with them as well. One thing you might want to consider, I have found that the actual size (as opposed to what is listed on the sidewalls) of Toyo's tend to be taller than the actual size of the Pro Comps.

Besides WOL, I doubt you will find too many people who can answer your question as that would mean they would have had to run both and the PCXTs are fairly new (I'm running them 315/16 70 or 75). I like my PCs as they are fairly quiet, look aggresive and got a great writeup in a recent issue of 4x4 garage magazine. I've not yet taken them out as I only just got them about 2 weeks ago and every weekend is filled with Jeep mods until Nov 3 (then its on like donkey kong). As for the Toyos ????

BTW PC is running a buy 3 get the 4th free, sale. That sealed the deal for me.

I have a 2500 dodge ram with 6 inch lift and 37`s toyo`s right now and I have had both tires on it.By far the toyo`s are the way to go.the best all around tire.Go great in the snow. 4 weeks till JK gets here.

the procomp xtreme mt's are much better than their xterrains, since you asked about the xterrain's, as opposed to the xtreme mt's.
the toyo mt's are more comparable to the xtreme mt's.

opps, I read it too quick. I thought you had Procomp extreme MT, not xterrains. Thats why I voted Pro Comp.

Can't comment on the ProComps, but can say that I am very impressed with my Toyo's. I knew they'd be good offroad, the big test for me was how they would handle on road and especially in the rain. They got a good test on steep mountain passes in the rain on our Project-JK Coyote Canyon run a few weeks ago. They have very civilized street manners.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the ProComp Xterrain's have a directional tread pattern, and the Toyo's don't, if that matters to you.

Yes, you are correct, the 'Xterrains' are directional and IHMO, terrible tires and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

don't worry about the buy 3 get 1 free sale ending. i think they have it every month.

personally, i like tires that easy to come by. what i mean by that is.....i can go to almost any tire shop and they'll carry BFG, Goodyear, etc and usually have them in stock too. my guess is that not too many places have Toyo, Nitto, Procomps (unless you live near a 4wp) in stock.
