Default TPMS Help.!!!!!

O.K. the long story. I started with a stock 2011 JK sport 6 speed, 3:73 gears. First changed out wheels and tires and went from stock to 33 duras on 16 inch wheels TPMS was fine and had no issues. I had that setup for about 1500 miles and decided like many others that the 33's were not good enough. Stayed with the 16 inch wheel and stepped up to 35 duras, and regeared to 4:88 again no issues and drove for about 2000 miles.

To the Jeep into the dealer and had all 5 tires rotated (yes the spare) did not go more than 100 miles and the TPMS light came on, checked all 5 tires and filled to the recommended amount on the tire. after another 150 miles light is still on and will not reset.

Anyone have any idea what the issue might be and how do I get the light off? I have a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator however it will not let you change / turn off the TPMS function, could the TPMS sensor in the spare be causing the issue, do they put a sensor in the spare? All factory sensors were reinstalled on the new wheels and said no issue until rotation was done.

Cheers
