Default TPMS Question

If I don't put TPMS sensors in the aftermarket rims that I plan on getting will it cause any problems other than the low pressure light being on all the time?

Nope, your light will just stay on. I think the dealer may be able to disable the TPMS though the computer.

The dealer probably wont do anything for you, but an AEV ProCal will take care of it in about 5 seconds. If you dont do anything the light will be on whenever the jeep is running

A TPMS fault will not cause any problems other than part of the instrument display will not dim.

I went to the dealer a few days ago to have it turned off. The shop that put my new wheels/tires on never put the TPMS's in and I wanted to know what all was affected. The dealer said the light will be on and sometimes it will flash. They also said they couldn't disable it (I assume it's due to liabilities nad such). But I'm ok with the light being on now that I know nothing else is affected by it.
