I think he wants the length the track bar should be adjusted to.

A good starting point is the original track bar length plus a small increment less than the amount of lateral shift created by the 3" lift.

That lift is fairly popular, you can run a search for that kit and find and owner that has it. PM him for the length of his TB.

Persistent noises from the suspension after a lift is not a good thing.

Are you sure you installed the lift correctly AND torque everything to spec particularly the track bar?

Get rid of the reloc bracker if you can. I AM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.

Sorry, I thought the instructions for installing the FT 3" Ultimate Lift would prove useful in making certain that you did it right (IOW, figuring out why you have a noise), and in helping you to get the track bar installed (there is a measurement in the instructions--guess it wasn't what you needed).

grab a tape measure, the upper spring perch has a hole in the top of it. that's a perfect reference point. hook the tape to that and measure to the outside of the widest lug on the tire. repeat on the other side.

So if it's 1" further out on the Passenger side you would shorten the track bar (screw the heim in). If it's further out on the drivers side, you would lengthen and unscrew the heim. You might have to do it once or twice to get it right.

A trick to lining up the holes to put the bolt in the lower track bar bracket, have a buddy sit in the jeep and move the steering wheel left or right. with the track bar disconnected that will move the body of the jeep to either side to make it easier to line up the bolt holes.

once you're done you'll probably need to straighten your wheel as well.

is that what you're asking?
