I had some one push the body to the side while I installed the bolt.

Can I wait till u put tires and everything on and drop it to the ground then put in bolt? I can't get it

Yes, you can do this after you get it back on the ground. Or, the other suggested way is to use a ratchet strap and connect one end to the axle and the other to the frame and use the ratchet to pull it in line.

put it on the ground. turn the steering wheel until the bolt hole lines up. done

Put the wheels on the ground. Start it up to make it easier to turn the wheel. Turn the wheel until holes line up. Shove bolt in. Put nut on. Torque to 125 ft lbs. Get drunk.
