if you are looking at the front of the jeep is it moving left to right or front to back? did it require to drill a whole in the bracket to help hold in place like other brackets?

Its the rear track bar on the right side if you Are looking @ it from the back. The track bar can be pulled towards the front and the back.It almost looks like there should be washers there or something to keep it from moving back and forth.
