Default Track bar bracket or not to track bar bracket

Working with teraflex to solve my front end probs, was wondering if it is better to:
raise the track bar position on the axle
drop it down on the frame,
or leave it stock and use adjustable track bar (which is how mine is)

Teraflex indicated it is fine with my lift but to reinforce axle mount to prevent weld failure. I am going to be welding anyways and figure do it all at once instead of multiple times. So can I hear some thoughts on this. Getting ready to run 37's.
