Default Track Bar problem!

I just installed a JKS adjustable track bar and their HD bracket, my problem is that I don't have enough (shorter) adjustment to get my measurements right, I still need about 3/8 inch shorter to be good and I've got the bar as short as it will go!!!
Has anyone had this problem? what did you do? am I doing something wrong?
Do I dare cut some length off? I can't imagine I would have to do that!!!
Thanks...

Yeah, I wouldn't think you should cut anything off the bar. I haven't heard of this problem before, but would love to know the answer to the problem.

How much longer is the track bar compared to stock? Front or back?

I do have the same problem with my TF front track bar, it's a bit longer that I would like about 0.4''--0.5''. For the rear it's ok as you can see in my setup (sig) I have several mounting point for the rear track bar at the axle level, but not in the front.

I will give a call to Currie to check the length of the fully retracted front track bar.

Can you post a pic of the set-up?

The JKS trackbar will adjust to the stock length and you have a 3" lift there shouldnt be a problem.

After getting on the JKS website and looking at the pdf file of the install, ( which by the way is different than what they send to you with the parts.) I learned that I do in fact have the end in the wrong hole, I will look into this tonight when I get home and see if that gives me enough adjustment...
Thanks for you're posts, I will post my findings later tonight...

that's what I figured. There is a stock to 3" location and then a hole for lifts greater than 3"
