Default Track bar Questions

Hey I'm buying a Teraflex 2.5" coil lift and was looking at a front track bar to go with it but there seem to be too many to choose from in my price range. (If it makes the most sense to spend the extra money and buy the Teraflex Monster one I will but id rather not)

Rubicon Express SuperFlex Adjustable Heavy Duty [RE1683]
Rock Krawler Adjustable Bomb Proof [RK02024]
Rock Krawler Adjustable Bomb Proof [RK04357]
Rugged Ridge Adjustable [RR18205]
JKS Adjustable HD Trackbar
Rancho Adjustable TB [RANRS62104]

a) Does anyone know the difference between the two different Rock Krawler models? Only the [RK02024] one shows up on their website, but a # of stores carry the other model as well for more money... and I can't figure out what makes it any different, let alone cost more?

b) Does anyone have experience with the Rubicon Express Superflex HD Trackbar? its designed just like the teraflex so I'm leaning towards it, but would like to know if theres some reason not to...

c) Whats the best track bar for the money? (keep in mind where I'm located i can't get a some of the smaller US brands, only international, so no Metalcloak ext...)Any help would be appreciated as I'm ordering the pieces ASAP. Thanks

Im not an expert but I think all in a similar price range are pretty comparable. As long as its adjustable it will do its job of re-centering the front axle. I run the Rubicon Express adjustable front track bar and have been happy with it. Not sure why some are more expensive then others.

Don't get the rubicon express. I had that one and it just is not a good design for being adjustable. I'll send pics of mine compared to my new one. Can't think right off the top of my head who makes it but whenever I get up I'll look

I originally installed a RK with my RK lift but I hated the jam nuts. It also could not be used with some front diff covers. I sold it and bought a TF monster and it is a breeze to set up.

+1 on the TF monster bar. Super easy set up and has been good so far.

A lot of the decision is going to be personal preference. You'll pay a premium for TB's that are adjustable when installed, like Synergy and Tereflex....whereas other bars you have to uninstall to adjust. That said, once you set it, you're not going to be changing the length unless you change the lift around and need to tweak the axle position. I have the RK model and it's perfectly fine for me. Oddly enough it's at the lower end of the scale price wise. I will admit, it's a bit more of a pain to torque down the jam nuts since you can't do that while installed (the jam nuts sit too far in to the mounting brackets, both axle and frame side, to get a wrench on). The other differences are going to be the joints each manufacturer uses. That will just be your personal opinion on what logic you buy in to and how effective the joint is compared to different models. Good luck.

Ya the adjustability while installed design is why I was leaning towards that specific RE model, or the TF if I have to and it looked pretty damn solid so I'm surprised there were issues with it, was it the normal superflex bar not the HD one?

Is it difficult to properly adjust a bar that needs to be adjusted before it's installed?

I don't know a lot about the joints and bushings are there some companies that build them better?
