I am about to install a RK 2.5 max travel lift, and Im curious what the best way to beef up the front track bar mount is. JKS makes one that also relocates the SS, but I have another SS relo bracket, guess I could sell that one. Should I just gusset it with some flat stock? The lift kit comes with an adj front track bar. Ive heard that JKS makes another brace, but I was told it may hit something with only a 2.5 lift?? Im a little confused (happens alot) I just want to avoid the bracket failing. I see no cracks in it, but im paranoid....thanks guys

 

If you use some flat stock, be conscious of how your swaybar disconnects. Mine broke prior to adding discos, so when it was fixed/reinforced there was some clearance issues that had to be grinded down.
